Return Policy

Here at VitaPal.com, our customer’s satisfaction is 100% guaranteed.  We take great pride to ensure that you are pleased with each and every order.  If you are unsatisfied with your order for any reason during the first 30 days after your shipment date, you may return any item for a full refund.   If you need to return an UNOPENED product(s) for any reason during the first 30 days after your shipment date, you may return the product(s) for a full refund.  We can not take back products that are used and/or opened. 

To begin the return process, simply contact our Customer Service Desk at 1-800-909-4759 or email us at customerservice@VitaPal.com.  One of our Customer Service Representatives will send you an official email and provide you with a Return Authorization Code.  Please print and submit this email with your returned item(s).  Then safely package the specific item(s) you are returning and ship the package to:

Cancellation Policy

Orders require 1 to 4 business days to be processed by our warehousing team.  Since we use automated order processing and warehouse systems, we are unable to cancel and/or modify your order once it has been placed online. Once you receive your package, you may return your full/partial order for a full refund.

In the event that your full/partial order is placed on backorder, our customer service team will notify you with an email by the 5th business day after your order has been placed (allowing 1 to 4 days for your order to be processed).  At this time you may either cancel your full/partial order for a full refund or you can wait the estimated 2 to 3 business days for our team to receive the item(s) from the manufacturer. Backorder items received by our warehouse are shipped out with priority over regular orders.

Returns Policy

Upon receiving your returned item(s), VitaPal.com will issue you a full refund.

*Please note that VitaPal.com will not cover shipping charges associated with the return of an item.  If returning a free shipping item, there is a $5.95 deduction off the total refund.  A Restocking fee of 15% will be applied to returns or exchanges for quantities of 6 or more of the same product.

In the event a package is returned to our warehouse as undeliverable, we will issue a full refund.  We are unable to reship orders returned to us that are marked as undeliverable.  You can place a new order on our website or by phone at any time.

If you contact us after your order has been placed regarding an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, we will make every effort to correct your information prior to your package being shipped.  However, once your package has been processed and shipped, we cannot make address corrections to your package.  VitaPal.com will not be responsible if your package is re-routed, returned or lost.

We cannot issue returns or exchanges on any cosmetic items.  We apologize for the inconvenience.

We offer various products and serving sizes.  In the event that a large serving size is requested, yet unable to be fulfilled, we will ship smaller quantities in equal or larger amount than originally ordered.

Exchanges

If you received a damaged and/or incorrect product, please call or email customer service immediately so we can resolve the problem.

If you would like to return a product for a different one, please call or email customer service for a return authorization number.  Please include your authorization receipt with your return.  Once we receive your returned product(s), a full refund will be issued.  You can than place a new order directly with a customer service representative and/or by visiting us at VitaPal.com.

Damaged Items

At VitaPal.com, we take every precaution to ensure that your package is shipped securely.  However, occasionally items become damaged.  If you receive damaged merchandise please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. A VitaPal.com Customer Service Representative will be happy to assist with the return and replacement of your damaged item.
