At VitaPal.com, our entire team takes great pride in providing our clients with fast, safe, reliable and cost effective shipping on all orders. To do this, we have created a shipping program & policies that help us provide our customers with industry leading customer service while capitalizing on the fastest and most reliable shipping services available anywhere in the domestic United States (48 USA States). All purchases shipped within the domestic United States and/or to P.O. Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses are shipped either by UPS or USPS.
Shipping Options & Pricing Overview:
Domestic Ground Shipping Options & Pricing
- FREE for orders over $100 (up to 10 lbs*)
- $7.95 flat rate on all orders under $100 (up to 10 lbs)
*Orders under 10 lbs are "standard orders". All orders over 10 lbs are considered "special orders" and are subject to an additional shipping fee. You can view the total weight of your order in real time within your shopping cart. In the event that your shipment package weight is over 10 lbs (rare), you will automatically be charged the additional flat rate shipping fee (outlined below) calculated from the total weight of your order. You have the ability to modify your order based on the weight in real time if you wish to avoid an additional shipping charge. You will verify & accept all charges and order totals before completing your order.
Non-Domestic Orders & Call in Orders
Our flat rate shipping rates do not apply to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, AE’s, Canada and/or International orders. These orders are considered "Non-Domestic Orders". We can ship Non-Domestic orders to Hawaii, AE’s & Puerto Rico at this time online or over the phone. Unfortunately we can not ship to Alaska or internationally at this time. Please check back with us in the near future as we expand our shipping options. Express shipping options (2nd Day Air & Next Day Air) are available by placing the order over the phone. When can you expect to receive your order?
On average, our customers can expect to receive orders within 5-7 business days.
Orders require 1 to 7 business days to be processed by our warehousing team. In the event that your full/partial order is placed on backorder, our customer service team will notify you with an email after the 7th (allowing 1 to 7 days for your order to be processed). At this time you may either cancel your full/partial order for a refund or you can wait the estimated 2 to 3 business days for our team to receive the item(s) from the manufacturer. Back order items received by our warehouse are shipped out with priority over regular orders.
Orders that are shipped via domestic ground shipping are usually shipped via USPS Priority Mail if they are less than 2 lbs. Orders weighing over 2 lbs normally ship out with UPS.
Please note that Express Shipments (2nd Day Air & Next Day Air) can not be sent to PO Boxes, APO's and/or FPO's. Unfortunately, UPS does not offer these types of shipping options and we can only use USPS standard shipping for packages going to these addresses. All orders processed with Express Shipping options going to PO Boxes, APO's and/or FPO's will automatically be shipped with standard ground shipping.

Once your package has been shipped, you will receive an email containing the shipping and tracking information. You can click on the tracking link within the body of the tracking confirmation email and/or you can log into your account at www.VitaPal.com to track the delivery all of your orders. Our customer's satisfaction is always 100% guaranteed and we will do our best to accommodate you and expedite your order.
Please note that Auto Shipments may be cancelled at any time up to 5 days before the next scheduled shipment. If it is not cancelled within that time frame, the items may be returned in accordance to our return policy.
Backorder Items
We continually stock the products that are available for you to purchase on our website. New orders typically require 1 to 7 business days to be processed by our warehousing team. Items that are in stock and shipped via UPS and/or USPS ground are usually received by our customers within 5 to 7 business days. Occasionally, we will temporarily run out of inventory on certain items. Do to our outstanding relationships with our manufacturers & suppliers we normally receive back order products within 2 to 3 business days. We will contact all customers who have either a full/partial order that is placed on backorder after the 5th business day. Our back order policy is simply to hold your order within our system for processing and shipment for up to 21 days (3 weeks) from the day you placed your order. If we expect a longer than average delay in the shipping of your order, we will ship your partial order and automatically ship back order item(s) as soon as they become available (up to 21 days) at no extra cost to you.
Out of Stock Products
Products that have been placed on back order for more than 21 days automatically move into our “out of stock” category and will be refunded in full. In the event that we do not receive your back order product(s) from our manufacturers and/or suppliers by the 21st day after you placed your order, we will automatically refund your credit card for the full purchase amount of back ordered item(s). At this time, you will receive an email confirmation detailing the products that we were unable to receive & ship within the 21 day window along with the exact details of your refund. Our customer's satisfaction is always 100% guaranteed and we will do our best to accommodate you and expedite your order.
