At VitaPal.com, our entire team takes great pride in providing our clients with fast, safe, reliable and cost effective shipping on all orders. To do this, we have created a shipping program & policies that help us provide our customers with industry leading customer service while capitalizing on the fastest and most reliable shipping services available anywhere in the domestic United States (48 USA States). All purchases shipped within the domestic United States and/or to P.O. Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses are shipped either by UPS or USPS.

Shipping Options & Pricing Overview:

Special Orders

Our flat rate shipping rates do not apply to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada and/or International orders.   These orders are considered “special orders”. We can ship a special order to Hawaii at this time. Unfortunately we can not ship to Alaska, Puerto Rico or internationally at this time. Please check back with us in the near future as we expand our shipping options. If you would like to place a special order to Hawaii, please contact one of our customer service representatives at 1-800-909-4759 and/or customerservice@VitaPal.com for shipping price quotes prior to placing your order.

When can you expect to receive your order?

On average, our customers can expect to receive orders within 5-7 business days. 

Orders require 1 to 4 business days to be processed by our warehousing team.  In the event that your full/partial order is placed on backorder, our customer service team will notify you with an email by the 5th business day after your order has been placed (allowing 1 to 4 days for your order to be processed).  At this time you may either cancel your full/partial order for a refund or you can wait the estimated 2 to 3 business days for our team to receive the item(s) from the manufacturer. Back order items received by our warehouse are shipped out with priority over regular orders.

Orders that are shipped via domestic ground shipping are usually shipped via USPS Priority Mail if they are less than 2lbs. Orders weighing over 2lbs normally ship out with UPS.

Orders shipped to PO Boxes, APO & FPO are shipped via USPS.

Express Shipping Options & Pricing

We strive to provide our clients with a multiple array of shipping options in an effort to meet and exceed any and all of your delivery needs. We offer 2 express delivery options for domestic USA orders, each of which is sent via UPS.

• UPS 2nd Day Air (2 business days + 1 to 4 days for order processing)
• UPS Next Day Air Saver (1 business day + 1 to 4 days for order processing)

Our prices are as follows:

• UPS 2nd Day Air ($21.95 flat rate)
• UPS Next Day Air Saver ($39.95 flat rate)

Please Note: These are shipping options that are applied after an order is processed.  Orders typically require 1 to 4 business days to be processed.

Backorder Items

We continually stock the products that are available for you to purchase on our website. New orders typically require 1 to 4 business days to be processed by our warehousing team.  Items that are in stock and shipped via UPS and/or USPS ground are usually received by our customers within 5 to 7 business days. Occasionally, we will temporarily run out of inventory on certain items. Do to our outstanding relationships with our manufacturers & suppliers, we normally receive back order products within 2 to 3 business days. We will contact all customers who have either a full/partial order that is placed on backorder by the 5th business day after your order is placed. Our back order policy is simply to hold your order within our system for processing and shipment for up to 21 days (3 weeks) from the day you placed your order.  If we expect a longer than average delay in the shipping of your order, we will ship your partial order and automatically ship back order item(s) as soon as they become available (up to 21 days) at no extra cost to you.

Out of Stock Products

Products that have been placed on back order for more than 21 days automatically move into our “out of stock” category and will be refunded in full.  In the event that we do not receive your back order product(s) from our manufacturers and/or suppliers by the 21st day after you placed your order, we will automatically refund your credit card for the full purchase amount of back ordered item(s). At this time, you will receive an email confirmation detailing the products that we were unable to receive & ship within the 21 day window along with the exact details of your refund. Our customer’s satisfaction is always 100% guaranteed and we will do our best to accommodate you and expedite your order.
